My Debian Stable with MATE desktop and Brisk Menu plus Arc Dark (WM), Arc Darker and Papirus icon themes (Debian Stretch Backports).

Finally managed to get Polybar on Debian (thanks to @stevepusser)

Although the symbols in gotop don't display properly :(

Try xterm and the stock bitmap font, it's not very trendy but the dots display correctly:

It worked fine previously, maybe it's just Monaco font missing some characters
