Mandriva (née Mandrake) has been moribund ever since the Mageia fork (and arguably for a time before that even). Still, it's sad to see notice of the final passing of a distro nearly as old as Debian.

I liked Mandriva, it is a pity that it's no longer supported. Now I use Ubuntu and Gnome.
