Congratulations, DAD! My little darling is thirty and taller than me, but I know exactly what you're feeling and it is very special.

Thanks for all the kind words!!!
Her name is Mikayla

Its amazing how something like this can change your outlook on everything in your life. Everyone I have talked to is right, it's something you can only experience yourself. I've never felt so happy about loosing sleep or so protective of someone. There are so many things i want for her... you parents know how it goes I'm sure. Well, it's almost 2am, I'm sure she will be hungry soon. I'm off to watch her sleep and giggle like an idiot.

So of course since the little one has been home she has done little more than eat and sleep. BUT of course since I have to work today she decided to stay up all night crying. She's barely a week old and already plotting against me!
I can already hear her in a little Stewie voice: curse you father! Sorry, sleep dep tends to make me think everything is funny.
