Browsh
Browsh is a fully-modern text-based browser. It renders anything that a modern browser can; HTML5, CSS3, JS, video and even WebGL. Its main purpose is to be run on a remote server and accessed via SSH/Mosh or the in-browser HTML service in order to significantly reduce bandwidth and thus both increase browsing speeds and decrease bandwidth costs.

>>GREAT PRODUCTIVITY LINUX TOOL (best Linux Compare Tool)
Meld
Meld is a visual diff and merge tool targeted at developers. Meld helps you compare files, directories, and version controlled projects.
It provides two- and three-way comparison of both files and directories, and has support for many popular version control systems.
https://meldmerge.org/
Installation.:
sudo apt install meld
flatpak install meld
Features.:
Two- and three-way comparison of files and directories
File comparisons update as you type
Auto-merge mode and actions on change blocks help make merges easier
Visualisations make it easier to compare your files
Supports Git, Bazaar, Mercurial, Subversion, etc.
Here, I let you a script I made to use with kate and meld by editing and keeping versioning ..It makes it easier to create any script
katem.sh
katem <<fileToedit.sh>>
Descr.: It creates a copy of target file to compare with, and everytime you close meld, it creates a new copy to start a new point reference comparison, relaunch meld to view the differente and keep a track of all versions changes in a temporal directory..so you can compare with a previous version by just pointing meld source to that stored version file.
**You will need to sudoers chattr, or remove it from script

Re: List of your linux Apps
KRename is great but is so powerful I struggle to work out the correct syntax of expressions to use sometimes. It is very much a KDE application too so if you install it in another DE it will pull in a lot of KDE dependencies.
I find my go-to is the Bulk Renamer in Double Commander.

Re: List of your linux Apps
There are some kde flatpaks applications, such as okular, dolphin, kmail, kalarm..... curiously, there's not krename in their repositories.. thought I guess you could build your krename flatpak so that, you woulnt need to keep installed all thoses dependecies....sunrat wrote:KRename is great but is so powerful I struggle to work out the correct syntax of expressions to use sometimes. I have not yet built any snap or flatpak.. I wonder if it's easy task or not.. I would like to find a dummy tutorial about this to learn how to do it.

iwgtk
A lightweight, graphical wifi management utility for Linux. It's only dependencies are iwd and GTK3. Supported functionality is similar to that of iwctl(1).
Not packaged for Debian yet but I'll be making one for bullseye once the freeze starts.

https://www.nomachine.com as a twice fast alternative to ssh + vnc. Uses its own protocol nx and by default encrypts connections. I have experienced nx connections to be twice as fast than ssh + vnc. As an added bonus it also transports sound from the remote machine. Has mobile apps for ios as well as Android.
Please disregard if nomachine has already been mentioned in this thread. This thread is now 900 kms long and I might have missed if nomachine has already been mentioned here.
