Replace SUDO Auth. with an USB Token

#1 Post by bester69 »

If you're worry or tired about writting everytime sudoers password, Why not using an USB (Token) connected?;

while stay connected you stay granted, The solution its also valid for unloking session and login session auth.
To do this, we will use PAMUSB which is a module for PAM (Pluggable Authentication Modules) that allows users to have authentication from a USB device. It is compatible with many display managers (LightDM, GDM, etc.).

- This is great if you want a lot of users work with same user without knowing the userpassword, (COMPUTER /SESSION OPENED)
- Once the work is done you take away the USB and computer gets protected (COMPUTER PROTECTED)

:D
