What theme are you using? Is it supposed to work with Jessie's GTK+ 3 3.14? Many will not.

And how did you install MATE 1.14 in Jessie, anyway?

always use blue -submarine , searching the internet tell me the error because the topic is outdated ah .. download arc -theme and all well but still it does not work box "Caja" ..

Kali Linux is not Debian Jessie. It's not even derived from Debian Jessie, but from Debian testing.

I am kind of joking or being sarcastic, but there does seem to be a lot of
confusion about Kali, and some people seem to think it is Debian, and it isn't.

I suppose, no "sticky" , nor subforum.
But "Off Topic", is appropriate.
Maybe a sticky, telling them to use the "Off topic" forum , if it Kali or a
frankendebian, where they have mixed kali and debian.

As "debiman" says, probably they would not read it, just like nobody
ever reads the forum guidlines, "Read before First post", either,...
These people do not even bother to read the documentation on "kali", before
they install it either,... but that probably is another "off topic" topic,..
This is something they should be reading, but it is usually obvious they didn't.
