I'm bad to make bug reports and help in other way, so i think it's ok to do something and give little money to project what i like.

Amounts are not big, but i think less is more than nothing ;)

I <3 Xfce :)
You can get in touch with them in irc if you want to get in touch with them.
I know that feel of yours. You're a former KDE users but now you've become a devotive Xfce user.
Many KDE fans never understand why some of us former KDE fans obsessed to Xfce that much.
Even they aware of KDE, Mate, LXQt traits over Xfce but still unable to sway Xfce users away.
I bet you've already have a strong answer to stick with Xfce.

There is an other one DE called TDE(Trinity Desktop) which might fits your ideal.
https://www.trinitydesktop.org/screenshots.php
https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/DebianInstall
TDE is a KDE3 forked which a bit lighter than Xfce but based with Qt as KDE
If you're KDE+Lightweight+Qt requirement TDE meets all your requirement while Xfce is still GTK based.
Xfce & TDE they both always gave me a headache to choose
because they both have an ideal features that KDE lightweight users like us want.

I used to be a hardcore KDE fan & make fun of Xfce.
Now I've been cursed to fall in love with Xfce for underestimate from her too much
now my love for KDE become numbed.
KDE is like a dragonoid girl fill with many treasures.
Xfce is like a plain little girl with Mjolnir hammer(Thunar)
which make her look like a novice with hammer or blacksmith apperentice.
But I love to raise her into princess.
