fake backintime , that just a rsync backup :shock: , I think the only real backintime tool that exit in linux is btrfs...real backintime do a snapshot to rollback.o

Works with btrfs, ext4 and thin-provisioned LVM volumes
Also, have you tried ZFS?

Indeed im using snapper, but isn't suppose to be a snapshot management tool that needs btrfs for snaphots??,
other thing, since when ext4 support snapshots?, i thought ext4 wasnt able to snapshotting :shock:

Yes, you're right, Any other filesystem apart of ZFS and BTRFS and LVM volumes?
