Hi,
Yesterday Mesa 13.0.4 was released in Stretch repositories, and It's been a pleasure to upgrade, my Intel system says thanks a lot. KDE's Menu now goes quicker and you can feel there is a small improve in performance.

Yesterday Mesa 13.0.4 was released in Stretch repositories, and It's been a pleasure to upgrade, my Intel system says thanks a lot. KDE's Menu now goes quicker and you can feel there is a small improve in performance.
https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page= ... 4-ReleasedMesa 13.0.4 mostly has fixes to the Intel i965 and AMD RadeonSI drivers. There is also some ANV Vulkan driver fixes / minor updates and a glxgears fix for Freedreno.
