protip: Off-lease Precision laptops make killer Linux machines. An SSD will make these things really happy and if you slap an SSD in them before first boot you can use the Windows license for a VM if you want

Not real long ago, a real spammer (spambot) did post some kind of thing
about coupons, etc,.... and I immediately moved it off the board, it was spam,
But ok, well I did check, the site seems to be ok, etc,... and

I've got two off-lease Precision laptops - one almost identical to the one linked above and the other is a first-generation i7 that's filling a home server role now

Dell sends me these emails three or four times a month - the 48% off thing only happens three or four times a year. Last year it was a better deal than they had on Black Friday
