version 58 moves bookmarks to a new location so that anyone running multiple versions will wonder where the bookmarks went to if they install version 58 or above than try to use an earlier version.
The older version will (currently dec2017 - 2018?) allow the user to add new bookmarks to the new menu location while using an older version.
Butt the newly added bookmarks will not showup in the older versions bookmark menu.

Newer firefoxs are advertising their commitment to user privacy.

Better double check your preferences file to make sure your browser isn't leaking data to the mozilla mothership.

Their are three new setting in version 61 not counting the new setting in 59, enabled by default that you may want to disable.
