It's not like microcode-based exploits are going anywhere anytime soon. Not until new processor designs start to hit the market. Preferably, ones not designed by the Intel way of covering one's ears and shouting, "WE KNOW EVERYTHING AND YOU DON'T LA LA LA..."

Hate to double-post, but to resonate debiman's concern, how certain are we of the reliability of heise.de? Literally all of the articles I've read point to this one same article -- nothing on any other website, including Google's project zero blogs. Are we sure this isn't another hoax like skyfall/solace?
