Can't believe we do not have a topic like this yet.
Are y'all too busy resurrecting frankendebians, recovering your sid install from the latest upgrade, or simply bashing each other's heads in?
I admit, I'm probably more of a couch potato than the next luser, and I miss some discussion/recommendations about video entertainment on Linux.

Currently I enjoy the first season of The Wire on mpv.
It has a very dense plot that keeps the suspense and an interesting angle on social issues.
it's hard boiled, yet very entertaining and has a subdued, but twisted sense of humour.
i sure hope season 2 will be just as good.
