Having said that though, if ZFS ever makes it too being native (not via fuse) I will take the performance hit and format and use zfs.. it has some really rocking feautres.

Sun exec: ZFS to be default file system in Apples’ Mac OS X Leopard

ext3 here, but wishing I had gone with xfs. It's the default in Zenwalk. Probably one reason for that distro's speed.

XFS :P

ext3 is mountable under windows ( with third party drivers ) O_O...

JFS makes me think of JAVA for some reason (and, as a true programmer, I hate Java)

and ZFS is cool, but the letter X is cooler than the letter Z (yes, 'zee', not the french 'zed')

and ReiserFS... must... resist... killer... jokes...

ReiserFS: the filesystem with killer performance :D
Have a question? for f in $(ls /usr/bin/); do man $f; done

Ext3.

When I installed debian I used XFS, but when it was almost totally installed it told me grub wasn't recommended on it. So I went to install LILO, and it gave me some error; so the only thing I could do was install grub anyway; it froze when installing it, so I had to start the whole install over.
