It's not a theme it's a window manager. Depending on ones view, it's either WindowMaker, wmaker or GNUStep.

Cheers

WindowMaker has themes. Here's one called "Look at my butt". I'd post a larger pic if they had one.

6.1 What exactly are themes?
Themes are a great aspect of Window Maker allowing a user to simply save the entire 'look' of their desktop in an archive to distribute freely among friends, fellow users and/or the whole net in general. :)
See the theme-HOWTO at http://largo.windowmaker.org/themes/themepacks.php for an in-depth walk-through on making a Theme archive.

Great work! But I miss the distribution logo. If you dont have a distribution logo on your screenshot you will never meet a girlfriend.

That could be the reason... Or it could be that mother says I am not allowed until I am 40.
At least I have my cat, Richard Stallman.

Shall i send you the link? Tell you about the engine?

If Soad would do what it says (being on a diet), i could have added the following shot before. But it took 15 minutes to boot (boohh!)

So here it is:

It sucks big times, but it comes with 6 or 7 wm's (e17, e16, windowmaker, icewm...)
Window Maker I used it till I bought a computer that would run gnome.
Debian Buster

What is a theme?
One purpose, one OS, no?

I think in Debian-land its name is rather WindowMaker, cause if you apt-get install GnuStep you get other things. No window-manager. If you download GnuStep, on the other hand, you get WindowMaker. Very confuseling.
