I've made some IceWM and XFCE themes to match my SeaMonkey themes.
If, like me, you prefer KDE, you can use IceWM themes in KDE.

[edit] I've placed some instructions for installing them in xfce on the pages (probably should do the same for icewm).
If you're using xfwm4 from sarge, you should probably use the instructions for xfwm4 version 4.0; if etch or sid, use the instructions for 4.2.

If / when I have a new site, I'll edit this to include new links. In the meantime, if you want the xfce/icewm themes, PM me and I'll make them available via a file hosting site.
