Mount | fstab question

#1 Post by vikozo »

hello
i have a NAS with all my Songs
i have a Laptop with Amarok
Amarok is not going over the Network to find the Songs, i have to have a "local" Directory

so i have done
mkdir -p /mnt/share3_music

and in the fstab i did add
//NAS-03-DROBO5N/Share_Musik/shareforNAS-04 /mnt/share3_music noatime,rw,auto,nofail

after a reboot, my Debian8 did not boot anymore and give error, when removing the added infromation in fstab it worked again.
so what did i wrong?

have a nice day
vinc

Merci
i will have to digg deeper into
Automatic mounting
Note: You may need to enable systemd-networkd-wait-online.service or NetworkManager-wait-online.service (depending on your setup) to proper enable booting on start-up.
But the first part seems OK

have a nice day
