How upgrade to Debian 9?

I have tried to upgrade from Debian 8 64-bit to Debian 9 with the Packet Updater and it says "all the packets are updated". Is there any way to do that graphically?

It is not recommended to upgrade graphically. For the actual dist-upgrade procedure, read the guide which can be found with a little google search.
