slow debian 9.1 on new installation

as the title say i suffer from a bit of slow system on a new debian 9.1 installation
i might missing some drivers this is my lspci :

Kaby and Sky Lake processors also require some non-free firmware to run best in Debian. Debian does not include this in the standard install because it's not free (as in speech).

firstable i did had bios update in my vendor website which i updated there is slightly improvement in performance
now there is another problem which i see 1080p in youtube very poorly (and videos in general)
