It's part of the installer that loads installer components, so, no.

Hi, thank you for your reply,

1. How could I shrink images like you did so it is not so big on a screen ?
2. What about something called pkgsel - is it similar to tasksel ?

Use the thumbnail link from here - https://postimg.org/image/lbu08k6i7/ - click "Share"

https://packages.debian.org/source/stable/pkgsel
Warning: This package is intended for the use in building debian-installer images only. Do not install it on a normal Debian system.

Why do you want it?

Once again thank you for your prompt replies.
I want to do it after the debian system has been installed to select and install packages which are presented in this window (listed) - so I can just click it with spacebar and install them easily in order not to looking for and install them manually. Do you know the other way, with GUI maybe ?

That list is not packages you can install on a system, they are components specifically for the installer.

You can use a GUI package manager like 'synaptic', or a CLI ncurses interface like 'aptitude'.
