Install securely from GitHub

#1 Post by Deblib »

I tried unsuccessfully (I can't find any.sig or.asc files) to verify the Rambox application file I downloaded from GitHub with gnupg. Is there a secure way to install GitHub files?

only if there's a release (zip) and the devs provide checksums.
otherwise it's just "git clone yaddayadda".
why do you think that's insecure?

also a link to the app in question please.
