Hi, I know that the command for upgrade single package is apt-get install --only-upgrade
but how can i upgrade also the dependencies?

Perhaps if you gave more information you would get a better answer.
Hopefully, you're not considering doing something like adding the testing repo to stable and thinking some trick like that will give you a shiny new version of the GIMP or the like without endangering your system.
