return to green text on terminal emulator

Postby pironman » 2019-01-30 06:21

I delete all the hidden folder on /home (my error), and now the text on the terminal is white, before was green (standard).
How can I make it green again?

Restore your backup, perhaps?

If you don't have a backup then you will have to tell us which terminal emulator you are using. Or search the interweb for configuration instructions, which will probably be *much* quicker than waiting for somebody here to take pity on you.

@ Pironman: Hi, I think you can customize the fonts and their color in the terminal "preferences tab", hope this helps, good luck!

It does depend on what terminal emulator, and there are many, usually the manual for that particular terminal emulator has some info on setting fonts and colours,etc,...or the "help" option/menu as well, here is a example for xfce4-terminal, Xterm is different, and I am not going to post examples for every single terminal emulator that exists, that is what search engines are for, and there are examples on them all , even the most obscure ones. Next time, please at least try finding a answer, or at least be clear, and tell people what terminal emulator, or program name,etc...
For example, if I wanted green text, I would select the green, instead of the black.
