L2TP client (Debian 10)

#1 Post by Abormot »

I need run VPN connection to my Mikrotik with L2TP + IPSec. So I need to install L2TP client on my Debian 10 desktop.

I ran "sudo apt install network-manager-l2tp-gnome" and L2TP option appeared in network settings. I configured my VPN connection but it did not work.

Do I have to install something else to make it work, such as libreswan?

Have you tried with another machine to see if it is working on the router side?
