I'm about to install the newest kernel from Backports on Buster. I noticed that I have two options. Linux-kernel-5.4.0-0.bpo.2-amd64 and Linux-kernel-5.4.0-0.bpo.3-amd64
What is the difference between the two?
Does a higher number represent the most recent version?

The kernel metapackage should be installed to keep the version updated, see my [FAQ] for details. Same goes for the headers (if you need them).
