The removal notice in Debian says: "unmaintained, dead upstream, RC buggy, depends on obsolete libs"
https://tracker.debian.org/news/733788/ ... -unstable/
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepo ... bug=808060

It states that the software has not been maintained for 5 years... This report is from 2015!

I went to the github of gnome-schedule to check if it has changed since then, and the last update there was like 10 years ago.
That software is totally dead.

I am not aware of any graphical schedulers. However, it is fairly trivial to use systemd timers or crontab, at least depeding on what you want to do. What is it exactly that you want to do? It may be something that can be done with other software (specific daemons, calendar or email clients, or by gnome)
