How to add a SSD?

Postby Copernicus365 » 2020-12-01 19:21

Hi
So I have apache2 installed with a website. Now I want to get an 1TB ssd drive and have my website on this 1TB ssd drive instead of the debian-os drive. How can I do this?

Copy the relevant files over then mount the apache2 directories under the SSD in /etc/fstab

I don't run a server so I can't really be more specific, other forum users may be able to offer more help.

What is fstab? Is that a file where you write an location of a folder?

Read
Code: Select all
man fstab

Or ask a search engine.
