My old Debian the F1 and F2 keys I know zoom in and zoom out, but the new installed Debian is not work. Why and how to?

Try Ctrl and + for zoom in and Ctrl and - for zoom out?

F1 and F2 should not zoom in and out unless those settings have been changed from the default. If you mean zoom in the browser, then arochester is correct, that should work in any browser. If you mean some other zoom outside the browser, then I have no idea, because I know of no other zoom.
