linux DEBIAN # Why did the system do not have idconfig

#1 Post by Spring0105 »

Libc6 install this file when the command needs this idconfig

But the overall search can not find?? Why???
Questions added: I am filled with pure command-line version of the installed SUBVERSION source code management system asked me to install a LIBC6 that suffix. Deb files

When I installed the final implementation of this document should be the IDCONFIG this command (this command is refresh INIT.D system process)

But the surprise did not find this command did not find this file ..

There is no such thing as idconfig in Debian Gnu/Linux

What you are possibly looking for is ldconfig. That's spelled 'l' as in 'Lima', 'd' as in 'Delta', 'c' as in 'Charlie', 'o' as in 'Oscar', 'n' as in 'November', 'f' as in 'Foxtrot', 'i' as in 'India', and 'g' as in 'Golf'

Try

Code: Select all

man ldconfig

Something more to read while waiting

If you obviously have not read THIS, don't expect too much...
