Debian is developed using many different languages I believe. much of this depends on what the package is.
Serving the community the best way I can.

The Linux kernel and drivers are pretty much straight-up ANSI C. What languages all the other packages use depends on the whim of the developer---you name it, you'll will probably find some program using it in the repos.
