I don't know why you're still using the "recursive" option - do you want to download recursively?
I don't know why you wanted to download both German and English versions.
I don't know why you decided to do it twice.
However. I do know that the ISO file shouldn't be 239 MB - if it is this size, it's broken. Delete it. Also delete any ISOs for languages you don't want. Also delete any text files you don't want. You should end up with one ISO file, of the language you want, and of the size you want.
Then, check the MD5 sum of the ISO file and compare it with the one on the download page to make sure that what you've got is ok.
Then, burn it as an image.
