Im trying duel boot fedora C4 and debian 3.0woody r4 using instructions from - http://enterprise.linux.com/enterprise/ ... 129&tid=47 i managed to mount my debian hard drive (hdb) but i can't find one of the three files the instructions tell me to copy (initrd) to the hda's (fedora) boot directory, does anyone have any idea's/answers? thanks

Depending upon how the kernel was built, it may or may not need an initial ram disk file. ok i created a initrd.img file using these instructions http://www.edseek.com/archives/2004/03/ ... -gnulinux/ now i can boot debian through grub, thank you for your interest dawgie.
