Scheduled Maintenance: We are aware of an issue with Google, AOL, and Yahoo services as email providers which are blocking new registrations. aptitude upgrade....problems???

This is what I get....and I dont know what should I do...so please help.....

Need to get 0B of archives. After unpacking 0B will be used.

Please post your /etc/apt/sources.list and which release you're using now.
