could you please help me how to use 5GHz on my laptop? It's Lenovo ideapad Y580, router enabled dual band. However, these are results from terminal:

I couldn't find information if it's just that this card supports only 2.4 GHz and not 5GHz, or rather that I should update driver from somewhere. If it cannot be supported with current card, which one would you suggest (either to replace it inside my computer, if possible, or - less convenient - card by usb).wlan0 13 channels in total; available frequencies :

PS I've just checked on my smartphone that ping is still very high (low if connected by Ethernet cable), even after changing from 2.4 to 5GHz. Not sure what else I can try to eliminate very high ping values. In fact all three values (download, upload, ping) are good by cable, bad by wifi.
