wheezy samba 2:3.6.6-6+deb7u9 update problem

#1 Post by pappin »

Hi all,

I'm running a stock version of wheezy server and a number of windows 7 clients. This setup has been running for over three years without any issues.

The latest Samba update 2:3.6.6-6+deb7u9 seems to be causing a problem with windows 7 clients logging in.

"The trust relationship between this workstation and primary domain failed."

It's affecting all the Windows 7 clients. I've tried leaving the domain and rejoining it and that works ok but as soon as I try to login I still get the trust relationship error message.

For now I've rolled back to Samba 2:3.6.6-6+deb7u7 and thats working fine.

Is anyone else having the same problem - had a search but haven't yet found any posts relating to this last Samba update.

Thanks
