Hi All,
I am looking for a samba config that determines if authentication is necessary based on IP address. Basically I want to have a share available to all computers on our companies 10.1.1.0/24 network but I want access from any of the range of 10.1.1.1 - 10.1.1.99 to have full access and not be prompted for a password and any from the range 10.1.1.100 - 10.1.1.254 to have read only access and need to authenticate to see it. Is this possible? I have looked all over with no luck.
