Update broke CIFS share mount in fstab

#1 Post by silver007 »

After the last update I ran in 8.6, my windows share no longer mounts on boot. Nothing whatsoever has changed (by me, anyway). Does anyone happen to know what might have happened?

My fstab file, that worked forever, until I updated:

Code: Select all

//192.168.11.2/storage  /home/mike/win  cifs  guest,uid=1000,iocharset=utf8  0  0
All other devices continue to access the share as normal.
Debian 8.6.0
xfce4
2.70Ghz I5
4GB RAM
120GB SSD
