Need help with a start up script for squid

Im trying to create a proxy server from vultr.com and i have to enter a start up script to run squid on debain but i need help on how to do so

I don't use it, but have you looked in the squid.conf for some options? There are a LOT of ways to run a script at startup, but this looks like a daemon/service, so it should be starting on it's own, it also looks like a pretty good man page is included from the list of ifles...
