problem with aptitute

#1 Post by morgon »

Hi,

in a new install of stretch I have a strange problem with aptitude (0.8.8).

It seems I accidentaly must have pressed "U", so all upgradable packages have been selected to be upgraded.

I don't want that so I do "Actions -> Cancel pending actions", but it does not change anything.

How do I get out of this?

Many thanks!

it seems "sudo aptitude keep-all" did the trick.
