Debian 9 + networking service

#1 Post by pilette »

Hello,
I have a problem with my network configuration on Debian 9.

The network service is active. (systemctl status networking)

I need to change the hostname in order to use STARTTLS with opeLDAP (slapd).
I did this command line :

hostnamectl set-hostname ldap

I added this line in the /etc/hosts file

127.0.1.1 ldap.domaine.com ldap

And then systemctl restart networking.

And now it is impossible to restart this service.

I am connected with ssh login. Andit is always possible to connect to the server with ssh.

Do you have an idea?

Thanks a lot

Jérémie
