Please post text logs not cropped screenshots!

Your named.conf includes /etc/bind/named.conf.skil39.wsr, which contains errors.
Since you didn't bother to post the contents of that file (or a screenshot), nobody can tell you where the error is.

Hint: it's an unexpected token :)
