MySQL Workbench and ksecretservice

#1 Post by GabrieleMax »

Hi everybody,

I got a Debian Buster server where I have MariaDB, I got a client with Debian Buster+KDE where I installed Workbench but when I try to use it to connect to the server's db I have an issue when I try to digit the password in the Password's field (Store in Keychain) the software said: Could not store password: The name org.freedesktop.secrets was not provided by any .service files.

Workbench's page said it need a ksecretservice https://dev.mysql.com/doc/workbench/en/ ... vault.html but I didn't understand how could I load it in my client! :(

Regards.
