Wake on Lan, not work after update to buster

All is configured (/etc/network/interface and ethtool show mode 'g'), but no wake up and in debian stretch worked perfect.
Now when PC is powerdown reponse to ping but no wake up.

All is ok... when I update I have problems with uefi boot and I changed option PCI wakeup in BIOS, sorry
