usb wifi doesn't connect at startup

hi all,
i've a system with debian 5.4.19 and i manage connections via network manager.
i've two interfaces, 1 ethernet and 1 wifi (usb). i want to disable eth and let wifi connect at startup.

using nmtui i'm able to disable eth and "connect" the wirless if but when i reboot or restart networking service the wireless is not connect.

recalculating wpa_supplicant with wpa_supplicant -B -i wlx1cbfce365c36 -c <(wpa_passphrase MYSSID passphrase)
