Failed to start Load AppArmor profiles

Debian 10.4 Xfce

On boot I get Failed to start Load AppArmor profiles

0 processes are unconfined but have a profile defined.

It looks like is not able to load it at boot time, but succeeds later

Did you try using the right-arrow key to read the journalctl output that has been cropped by the pager? That might contain some more clues.
