That is a 9th Gen Intel processor which may need some more recent software than just the 5.8 bpo kernel you have, particularly graphics stack. Debian 10 was released before 9th Gen so won't support it out of the box.
Code: Select all
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz

It also appears to have Optimus dual graphics which needs special installations to work correctly.
I suggest you download MX linux KDE edition and try it live. It contains most of the updated software you might need. If that works, you may be able to get the same software for Debian.

i install 19.3 mx linux, but it not help,

That's the wrong version, it's basically the same as Debian Buster. The versions with newer software are MX-KDE edition, and MX AHS edition.

Yes that's the new version. The standard version MX 19.3 is Xfce which is what I thought you meant above and it has older kernel and graphics etc.
So basically your laptop overheats and shuts down? I don't think I can tell the reason. Maybe someone more expert can help.

I think of my reading logs, system installed on external ssd of 3.2 type-c gen2, i see in logs reset speed usb check i don't know why.

kernel: [ 1.888120] xhci_hcd 0000:01:00.2: xHCI Host Controller
kernel: [ 1.888122] xhci_hcd 0000:01:00.2: new USB bus registered, assigned bus number 4
kernel: [ 1.888124] xhci_hcd 0000:01:00.2: Host supports USB 3.1 Enhanced SuperSpeed
kernel: [ 2391.111661] FAT-fs (dm-4): Volume was not properly unmounted. Some data may be corrupt. Please run fsck.
kernel: [ 16.780059] thermal thermal_zone6: failed to read out thermal zone (-61)
kernel: [14508.616437] thermal thermal_zone2: critical temperature reached (127 C), shutting down

thermal_zone2 - is SEN3 i'don't know who it :) but i install many programms and see in realtime "sensors", "glances", hardinfo, cpufrequtils, iwmon, owmon, pwmconfig, "paste <(cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone*/type) <(cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone*/temp) | column -s $'\t' -t | sed 's/\(.\)..$/.\1°C/'" and i not see temperature 127 i see stability 55,56,57C degree
i think when system check usb speed, sensor SEN3 have bug and system see 127C and critical :(

HELP PLEASE :(
