Have a git URL to the .config file used to build the distribution kernel?
Thank you

The general one is in the /debian/config/config file, which can be downloaded from packages.debian.org in the debian.tar.xz source file to the right.

https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/linux-source-5.10

Did you have a specific configuration in mind?

Yes. I have built a custom kernel. The virtual terminals are non responsive and black after switching off the EFI framebuffer.
Trying to figure out what setting / option I have set wrong... thoughts?

[ 4.599854] fb0: switching to inteldrmfb from EFI VGA
[ 4.600517] Console: switching to colour dummy device 80x25

Thank you.

Did you copy an existing "oldconfig" for your custom kernel, or create it from whole cloth?

My method to find the difference would be to look at the framebuffer configurations in the Debian kernel and compare them to what your custom config has.
