wireless problem ( another one)

#1 Post by oto »

Hello to all
I'm new here and with Debian too
After a week "fight" I've managed to get my SMC 2802w V2 PCI to work
with Ndiswrapper... blessed soft ( all works very well) :)

The problem now is that the kernel load the built-in Prism54 and Firmware
modules at boot and don't let the ndiswrapper module to work properly.

So, each time I boot the machine, I must remove the Prism modules and
(re)configure Iwconfig and Ifconfig by hand

Can someone please tell me how to avoid this?
Thanks
Bye
