When I open Iceweasel, terminal eg, the mouse grabs the new windows in the middle so I can move it and i have to click so it releases It, but I do not want that.
Is there any way to disable it?
Edit : I am using Cinnamon if it matters.
Edit again : Translate from Swedish. Windows --> behavior--> placement of the newly opened window--> And not use "manual"
