Announcement - categorized application menu for i3wm (etal)

I posted to github a bash script that simulates the functionality of an Openbox / Fluxbox style menu without requiring those window managers or associated dependencies. It was originally written for the i3 window manager, and using 'dmenu-manjaro' as its front-end, but it should also work in pretty much any X11 environment, and has been tested with alternative front-ends such as the normal/vanilla/real version of 'dmenu', as well as 'rofi', 'zenity' and 'yada'.

It is highly and easily customizable.

Readme, screenshots, man page, Makefile, and download zip file all available GPL3+ at the github url: https://github.com/Boruch-Baum/morc_menu

If there's anyone out there who feels this would be a welcome addition to the debian repositories and is able & willing to package it, I would happy for it be part of debian. Please discuss it with me first, so that I can create a cut-off branch on github to settle version 1. Currently, I'm focused on packaging it for manjaro/Arch.
